Product Description
1. It is designed with drum-type cam indexing and positioning, which offers high precision indexing and positioning as a result of its good inertia-resistance capability.
2. Mechanical transmission parts use gear of longitudinal axis to ensure continuity of action and machine stability, to prevent machine collisions
3. Photoelectric failure-detecting system is available. PLC control system for the whole cup forming process. Servo control to send bottom paper of cup, deliver bottom when cup tube come, otherwise no bottom delivery.
4. Switzerland Leister heating device is equipped on cup body and bottom adhesion step. Cup-bottoms are heated at first before they are fed, thus improving heating effect and helping guarantee knurling quality.
5. Machine use box type structure design, filling the oil by spray lubrication system, to make machine running fast
