I.INTRODUCTION:
WLTM-10 Paper sleeve wrapping machine is an automatic equipment to make a second-wall sleeve over the inner-cup/bowl (cup/bowl finished by paper cup/bowl machine), wear a sleeve around the paper cup/bowl .

It makes double wall paper cup/bowl after running a whole procedure of automatic paper (fan-sleeve) feeding, sleeve-cone-body sealing (by ultrasonic wave), water-glue spraying (spray glue inside the cone-sleeve), cup/bowl feeding (absorb cup into the cone-sleeve), inserting and bonding sleeve to the cup, collecting with the function of photo electric detection, fault alarm, and count

1) Paperweight recommended:(280+250)g+18gPE for 8oz,(300+300)g+18gPE for 12/16oz

2) Available sizes of double wall paper cups: 8oz,12oz,16oz

3) Matched lids : Lids are made from PS material,black and white color for choose.

4) Made of food grade paper, an be mached with ps lid in black or white.

5) Printing: Flexo printing or offset printing, 1-6 colors availabe, food-grade ink used.

6) Sample: Free samples made by existing mould available.

III. CHARACTERISTICS: 

* Micro computer control, fully automation.

* Automatic paper cup counting and collecting, 50(customized) cups automatic collect in a group, easy for you to collect cups.

* Automatic machine lubrication, avoid manual lubricating.

* Super stable, the error of the paper bonding area is no more than 0.5mm

  (this is very important if you want to make a high quality cup)

* Cup falling is driven by servo motor, much stable than other factories’ double wall paper cup  machines

* Max speed can reach up to 80 pcs/min, high speed.

For different cup type, the machine will be different, the speed and price also will be different. 

All  machines are equipped with automatic cup collecting and counting.

Traditional paper cappuccino/hot tea/coffee cup 16oz, 480ml, double wall.

It can be combined with relative plastic lid with or without spout.

It is available with standard design (Photo) or it can be customised with customer logo: minimum 60.000pcs.

It is the alternative to the traditional plastic coffee cup.
